Our sessions are open to all and new joiners are always welcome. We encourage new joiners to attend a Monday session first.

Our Pangbourne group offers weekly group classes, community workouts and workshops for teams held between the beautiful Little Bear Estate and the grounds of Pangbourne College.

Group classes

  • Explore & Play - Mondays 6:30pm at Little Bear (a slow paced session focusing on strength, stability, mobility and exploring new movements)

  • Strength & Conditioning - Tuesdays 6:15pm and 7:30pm at Little Bear Estate

  • WildStrong Club Class (Wednesday 6:30pm, Thursday 7pm & Friday 9am) These are open to experienced members, these sessions tend to be smaller in size and allow us to play around with new or complex movements that we can’t do in the larger classes. They also allow our coaches to participate in the sessions.
