Our groups are equally focused on building strength for longevity, the sense of wellbeing from spending time outdoors and the joy that comes from being part of a great group of people.

We teach you how to incorporate more varied movement into your daily life and useful skills to help you move with confidence.

 

Strength & Conditioning

We’re not coaching athletes who specialise in one discipline, instead we help you to become a stronger all-rounder.

Our sessions have elements of high intensity training, strength and mobility, gymnastics and parkour. 

Explore & Play

These sessions focus on building strength, stability and mobility and are at a lighter pace and intensity than our other sessions.

The slower pace allows us time to play with different movements and focus on quality and trouble shooting.

Workshops & Courses

We run workshops for teams that focus on building confidence around everyday movements that we need to maintain as we age - from crawling and climbing to pulling, pushing and lifting.

By slowing down and experiencing nature, we can boost wellbeing & build personal resilience.
