Over 8 classes, we help you understand how to build the strength, mobility, and confidence you need so that you can participate in life without hesitation. 

We treat these sessions with the same care as our in-person classes. Each session starts with finding your "Why?" and explores different movement patterns:

  • Core strength and stability

  • Creative getting up and down

  • Ground time

  • Balance

  • Falling

  • Lifting and moving objects

  • Shoulder and overhead stability

  • BONUS MODULE - getting over and under objects

By the end, you'll have a toolkit of skills to tackle obstacles in your everyday life!

An online course designed to reconnect you with your body.

When developing this course we started with the question that we start when we create our in-person groups - which skills and strength do we need to be able to participate in life?

What do we need to be able to say “yes” when a neighbour asks if we can help push their car out of the way; or when we need to move sacks of soil across our gardens, or to get down and help your grandchildren when they fall.

We want you to be equipped with the strength, mobility and confidence to participate without hesitation. 

Giving you the skills & confidence to move more

We focus on a gradual progression, providing gentle sessions that anyone, regardless of experience, can engage with. If you're already familiar with regular movement and exercise, we offer options to ramp up the intensity. 

This course serves as a check-in with your body, exploring core competencies that form the foundation for active participation. From core control and general body awareness to getting down and back up, crawling, lifting heavy objects and overhead stability, each week brings a new dimension to your movement repertoire.

This course isn't about pushing yourself to your limits, we want you to push yourself a little but not to take risks.

We prioritise education and information, encouraging you to identify areas of improvement as you go. This isn't about following along; it's about understanding your body, recognising weaknesses, and as we go we can find our how we can work on them.

Learning your “why”


We structure each session as we do regular in-person classes, starting with the Why, the warm up, peer coaching to focus on a set of movements and finishing with a conditioning set or a movement exploration. 

Throughout the course, we delve into the "why" behind each movement. We believe that understanding the purpose and goal of an exercise is crucial for sustained progress. This isn't just about doing more reps; it's about building skills and confidence that will serve you in the long run.

Your body is unique, please listen to it as you go.

You’ll see at the beginning of each module which equipment is needed (don’t worry, nothing specialist!). Watch the video, take the notes with you and head out to move with your friend!
